We offer door-to-door delivery all over Cyprus.

All prices below include VAT.

Delivery options for Grills, Smokers and Kamados

Limassol

  1. In-store pick up: free

Delivery options for all other orders (except grills, smokers and kamados)

  1. In-store pick up: free
  2. Pick up from local Akis Express office: €4.50
  3. Home delivery by Akis Express: €6.55

International

International delivery is available and can be arranged on a case-by-case basis. Kindly contact us for a quotation.

Delivery Arrangements

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you via phone to make arrangements for the delivery.

Please note the following:

  • For courier delivery of orders that are over 20 kilos in total weight, some extra charges will apply for the additional weight.
  • For home delivery of large items such as grills, smokers or kamados, we will need to speak with you to assess whether additional assistance (such as a telescopic lift) will be required in order to get the grill into your home.
  • We do not advise in-store pick up for grills that are already assembled as they may be damaged during the transfer. Our home delivery option ensures that the grill is properly secured and that no dents, scratches or breakages occur during the transfer.

Stock Availability

All orders are subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website.

In the event where a stock discrepancy may occur and we are unable to fulfill your order as placed at time of purchase, we will contact you to discuss available options. We can either deliver the products which are in-stock to you and await restocking of the backordered item, or we can process a refund if you prefer.

Assembly Costs

For items that require assembly, the option to add on the assembly service is available on the product page before adding the item to the cart.
Assembly is offered at €40.

Dispatch Time

Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of payment of order. Our warehouse store operates Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure delivery delays are kept to a minimum.

Returns, exchanges & refunds

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Send us an email at info@twoguysbbq.com, stating your order number, the product(s) you would like to return, and whether the item was gift. Be sure to include your phone number so we can contact you. In your email, please specify which item(s) you would like to receive in exchange for the one you are returning, or whether you prefer store credit for a future purchase.

You have 15 days from when you received your order to return your item.

Please note that all products must be in their original packaging, unused and in re-sellable condition.

Returns for orders past 15 days will not be accepted.

Returns for sale items will not be accepted.

Return delivery will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own delivery. Delivery costs are not refunded.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed after returns are received and accepted. Refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase and you will be notified via email once this has been completed.

Warranty Returns

Two Guys BBQ will happily honour any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 90 days of receipt of items.

Customers will be required to pre-pay the return delivery, however Two Guys BBQ will reimburse you upon successful warranty claim.

Upon return receipt of items for warranty claim, you can expect us to process your warranty claim within 7 days.

Once warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive the choice of:

(a) refund to your payment method

(b) a refund in store credit

(c) a replacement item sent to you (if stock is available) 

Faulty Items
