Before first use, wash the item thoroughly and dry it. Sharp and piercing product: handle with care and keep out of reach of children. For greater product durability, it is recommended to dry well before storing, even after machine washing. The use of Tramontina polypropylene or wooden cutting boards is recommended for greater durability of the knife’s edge. The knife is not suitable for cutting frozen foods. Always keep your knife sharp using Tramontina sharpeners. For product and packaging disposal, follow current recycling guidelines.
